Nested Views in JS

Hi All

I was going thru the tutorials on : SAPUI5 SDK - Demo Kit one by one and came across the nested views concept. The concept is explained with reference to XML view and I am somehow not comfortable with XML. I like to do it with Javascript and hence would like to implement the nested views concept using JS. Not sure how to invoke another view using JS. I tried to search on net and did not find any pointers. Can someone give a sample code with explanation ?
