User details is missing in SAP

Hi everyone,

For the past several month I'm facing a strange issue in the SAP. Each month I'm creating the report from FB03 with all documents posted for the month. Managers need the information about user ID and the name of the user. In our system user ID - is the numerical value, that's why it is hard to say who posted the document.

So each month in FB03 I'm able to see some postings created by user ID, information about which is missing in the SAP. The system says that such user doesn't exist, when I try to find him in SU01D of USER_ADDRP table. Meanwhile the ID is visible in the document header and in FB03. The structure of this ID (number and sequence of symbols) is normal, the same as for all users.

Please advice how it is possible?
