Supress SRM Alerts in UWL in Portal

Hi Experts,

I need to suppress the alerts in SRM 713 UWL.

User is getting alerts whenever contract is going to expire. I want to control those alerts for particular users for contracts. I checked the BADI BBP_ALERTING, but I'm not sure how this could be helpful to resolve my issue. Or I have another alternate is enabling the "Select Resubmission Date" as in attachment, where user can enter date manually and submit.

Note: The below screen appears when you click Right cursor on any UWL object and select "Resubmit".

Please help me how to achieve this.
