Hi Marty,
beginning of December I posted here in this thread how to download the spool file to your PC as a PDF for further processing (print, email, etc.). I cannot find my post myself easily right now since there are so many. Key to the process is to take a look at SAP note 2001535 and the document attached to the note 'Downloading large PDF files'.

took me a while but I figured it out how to download the spool entry to a single PDF. I think you will like it once you set it up (it is a few steps). Go and check out SAP note 2001535. Yes, it is for PY-GB but it has the great 'PDF Printing how to Doc' attached which explains it all! The doc is a little outdated, which you will have to adjust for (e.g. SAPPDFPRINT is only available as 7.40). The doc refers to SAP Note 1602625 for some more details.
What I noticed is that your SAP output device has to have the exact same name as your desktop printer. First I had different names and it only downloaded the last form :-(. Once I set up the output device with the same name as the desktop printer, all 22 test forms were downloaded into one PDF file. Yay!
