I have tried something which is working perfectly. (Not sure though if it is the correct solution..)
I found that Roadmap Forms reuses the screens from PAOM Masterdata application.
So i tried launching my Roadmap form using the PAOM Masterdata application rather than using the ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP application.
Add a new Appplication in the Launchpad : HRPAO-ACTIONS/BASIC ACTIONS
Application : HRPAO_PAOM_MASTERDATA
Application configuration : HRPAO_PAOM_MASTERDATA
Parameters: PROCESS=ZFP_MANAGE_ABSENTEEISM&OTYPE=P&INITIATOR_ROLE=HRASRA
Additional Parameters : OTYPE=P
After doing this the Process is now opening via the PAOM Masterdata application.
(It first asks for the Personnel Number)
It is also available in the Employee context node for Employee inside the Masterdata Application.
