Web Service error while data load to BW

Hello SAP BW experts,

                                    I'm trying to use web service data source in SAP BW 7.4 SP level 007 on MSSQL database.

I created web service data source and further flow, generated the wsdl file from the data source. Further I'm using SoapUI tool to edit the wsdl file and send data to BW data source.

I created new SOAP project in SoapUI tool and edited the bw ds generated wsdl file with field values and clicked on submit the url button, in which I mentioned the basic authentication and gave BW user id, password.

But when I submitted the edited wsdl, following error is coming: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

I searched in sdn forum but couldn't get the expected solution, please help me if anyone has faced the similar issue.TIA.
