I have gone through videos on youtube :

For X509 certificates : Implementing Single Sign-On -- 1/5

For Kerberos : Implementing SAP NetWeaver Single Sign-On 2.0 Based on Kerberos Tokens 1/4

So in our case users are accessing system from two different domains.

What extra configurations need to be done for same.
