"An error occurred during this operation" when clicking on the Print button

Hello:

On this individual computer with windows 7 64 bit, when the user clicks on the Print button in the CR viewer, the print dialog flashes for a half-a-second then it shows a dialog box with the message "An error occurred during this operation".

Any ideas? We deployed the CR SDK 13 sp 14 64 bit runtime.
