IPC java custom routine development

Hi Experts,

I am new to IPC development and got stuck on one point while building Ant with JRE version 1.4.2. I got below error message:

BUILD FAILED

C:\Dev\PRC_UE_CUSTOMER\build_api_doc.xml:36: Javadoc failed: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "javadoc.exe": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

As per the SAP Note: 809820, it says "Please ignore the error message thrown during that process" but system is not showing API_DOC folder as per SAP note folder structure should be look like this

My build is look like this and there SRC folder is empty and API_DOC is missing.

I am not sure whether there is an issue of build failure for further processing or not.

Also I wanted to know what should be the next step to create my own java subroutine.

Please guide me.
