C4C1602: what is "Dedicated Sales Territories" in Account?

Dear All,

in C4C1602, in the Account master data (path: Customers WoC-> Accounts), under the “Sales Territories” tab, there are to sections:

"Sales Territories" (not able to add new items manually) and "Dedicated Sales Territories" (able to add new items manually).

Does anyone know what's the diffrence between the two, and how to use it?
