Got it, you wish there was a Quick Create for Email Activities. That is not available in C4C.
The only way to create an email directly from C4C is from within a Service Ticket. If you are not in a Service scenario, you can send emails from Outlook and then synchronize them to C4C. We don't support creating and sending emails in C4C outside service scenarios.
