I have checked customizing for a copy routine, but none is defined for the Incident nor Problem operation types.
We did have an issue when editing the categorization scheme the first time. We got an error (can’t remember what it said), and when we saved it, one entry in the Application Area block was gone and the subject profile was blank.
It was present in the productive system (EHP1), so we inserted it agaion via Customizing.
When we did that, we got the error ‘SAP Namespace - do not change', but we did it anyway – since it is present in production.
It did not help anything, but something might be wrong here?
Do you have any other clues where to look?
This is how it looks like now, after adding the marked line, which also is present in our production system (the value only exist in DA language, hence it is blank here).
