However, here's what you would do for this:
1. Log in to the CMC.
2. Go to the Servers section.
3. Make sure the Crystal 2013 Report Application Server is started and enabled. If it is, you might want to stop it then start it again to get a clean start on it.
4. If the message still comes up in the CMC, you might try just ignoring it to see whether your reports migrate.
Also, if you have dynamic prompts in any of your reports that you're migrating, be sure to explicitly include "Repository Objects" in your migration to make sure that the objects from the Business View Manager get migrated.
