Re: Active interfaces list.

Hi Vijay,

May I ask for clarification regarding terminology you use: what particularly you mean when referring to as "an active interface"?

  • If an active interface is an interface, for which corresponding underlying objects were activated, and which is ready to be invoked in a PI system, then you may get a list of such interfaces from a cache. If your system is a dual stack system, then it is worth checking both Integration Server cache (transaction SXI_CACHE) and Adapter Engine's CPA cache (PIMON > Monitoring > Adapter Engine > Cache Monitor). In Integration Server cache, pay attention to sender and receiver agreements, receiver and interface determination objects. In CPA Cache Monitor, retrieve list of Integrated Configuration objects - they reflect both Integrated Configuration and Integration Flow objects, which shall provide good overview about respective interfaces and systems involved in corresponding scenario.
  • If an active interface is an interface, which has been called and for which there was at least one message processed recently, then you may get this kind of overview from Message Monitor overview page. For Adapter Engine, this can be done via PIMON > Monitoring > Adapter Engine > Message Monitor > tab "Message Status Overview"). Ensure you selected meaningful time interval and check messages processing statistics per interface. Correspondingly, you may also access Message Monitor for Integration Engine and retrieve necessary statistics from there in case of PI dual stack system usage.

Regards,

Vadim
