I've read many posts regarding this issue and tried several possible solutions to solve the connection error I'm getting. Nothing worked out until now so I hope someone can help me on track.
- Launchpad BOE and CMC are accessible via mobile device browsers (i.e. Safari) via external network (Android and iOS devices)
- MobileServer responds "success" when calling so this also looks successfully deployed (?).

I tried several connection settings within the SAP BusinessObjects Mobile App (Version 6.3.11.2 iOS) to connect to the platform.
Server URL (port = 8080):
http://<ipaddress server>:<port>/BOE/BI
http://<named address>:<port>/BOE/BI
CMS Name (port = 6700):
<ipaddress server> only
<ipaddress server>:<port>
<CMS name> only
<CMS name>:<port>
<Full server name with local domain>
<Full server name with local domain>:<port>
I'm using enterprise authentication with admin credentials.
