ERR_WIS_30270 on WEBI Rich Client

Hai all,

I have a problem with my Web Intelligente Rich Client Tools. I've installed on my PC and Laptop, and it has no problem at all, runnig well. Then I installed on my virtual client (VMWare Horizon Client) and got error  "An internal error occured while calling 'createDocument' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)". The installers are all the same, on my PC, Laptop and my VM Client.

Here's my VM Client environement: SAP BOBJ BI Client Tools SP3 Patch 5

Got same error when I create new document with no data source (empty document) and with datasource (all datasaource; universe, excel, etc)

Any idea how to solve this problem?
