Hi Subasish,
You can open the executed campaign and from Actions click in Upload mass response. It opens an excel which can be filled up by login using SAP Addin. The SAP Addin will connect your excel with C4C inorder for you to lookup and select values of accounts and contacts and also response options. In the search, you must enter campaign id to select correct response option. Also, ensure prior that the response options are maintained inside the campaign. Finally click on Save data to from the excel to C4C.
Initially, Not opened is treated the same as Contacted. Opened is determined further based on replying to email. What is remaning is Not opened which the system determined automatically.
