was able to plan things. I also created the layout for Actuals vs Planned. However we have one more requirement called target i.e which basically is difference between Actual costs vs expected costs in the billing document. System is only allowing to create matrix with Planned and Actual values - can I create a Target column and get revenues from Billing but COGS calculated from cost estimate using costing key - we do that in cost based copa.
