Using crBold

I have this formula:

IF {ID_TYPE} LIKE "??-63-????" OR {ID_TYPE} LIKE "??-64-????"

THEN  "6." + SPACE (10) + "YOU DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO PERFORM THAT OPERATION."

I am trying to bold only the "YOU DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO PERFORM THAT OPERATION."

The 6.  needs to be in regular font. I also want the whole sentence in blue color.

I tried sticking crBold before the "YOU DO NOT....."  in different variations, but couldn't get it to work.

I also tried '<b> YOU DO NOT...........OPERATION </b>' and set the paragraph to HTML.  This works to bold the text, but the text is in black (and not blue).  I don't know how to make it blue.

I'm new to crystal reports, and greatly appreciate any guidance.
