Warranty for the Equipment

Hi Experts,

I want to create a warranty for a equipment (warranty cover till 2000KM).

I have created characteristic (T-code CT4), Warranty counter (T-code- GM04), Master Warranty (T-code BGM1) and assigned this master warranty in equipment master. Also created measuring point for the equipment.

After creating a measurement documents for 7500KM and when I checked in "Warranty check detail" i found the details as shown in below screen shot.

then again i created a measurement document for 8000KM and checked in "Warranty check detail" i found as shown in below screen shot.

Somebody please explain me what are the significance of those fields which I highlighted.

When I tried to create a notification for this equipment i got Warranty check Popup before 2000KM and even after 2000KM. please see the below screen shot.
