How to move customer from one transportation zone to another??

Hi,

My requirement is , I have two plants 1198 & 1199 in the transportation zone IT01 and the customer associated with the following plants are in transportation zone IT02. I need to move the customer and plants in same transportation zone.

Kindly help on how this can be done.
