I am not going to split hairs with you. I am not the only one that read the same thing in what you posted. And if you read my post, not once did I devalue SAP knowledge...I simply said that knowing SAP HCM is in no way a pre-req for SF. Does it help? Sure. Would I base hiring someone on it? No.
Lastly, none of what you listed is "fact". It is your perception based on your exposure to the market in your part of the world. I can tell you that where I sit, I have yet to see a SF req that required previous SAP HCM on-prem experience (unless it was for a technical position focused on the integration/interfaces of the two) and certification.
This is not an "argument" either...it is a ongoing discussion of differing points of view.
