You can redeploy as suggested by Rukaiya above
Are you able to reach the URL up to the port number?
For example: http://servername:8080/
If no, the issue would lie within the web application server.
Also, check the BO installation directory/setup/packagestemp if any files exist in this folder.
Usually plugins/packages left behind also may cause such issues. If yes, these need to be pushed to the db.
