Giovanni, as you can see from Loyed's reply, the OS is fine. So, two things:
1) What could be different on your computer from all the other computers that work just fine.
2) Uninstall Lumira. delete the C:\Program Files\SAP Lumira directory, delete the C:\Users\<user ID>\AppData\Local\Temp\sapvi diretory. Re-download the Lumira install. And reinstall.
