Dear Experts,
We have configured "BPMon MAI-Interface Channel Monitoring" for Inbound IDocs monitoring.
We are using "Segment Filtering Filed Name1" and "Segment Field Value1" to filter based "E1J3XYI-WERKS" certain plant value (Group-by flag set).
The purpose is to get graphs for plant-wise data for different regions across globe.
Problem details:
1. The "Synchronous data collection" schedule only is collecting 'Segment filter Field1/value1" data and showing plant-wise on dashboard.
2. The "Asynchronous data collection" monitoring object with similar "Segment filter field1/value1" is not collecting plant-wise data but showing total/aggregate only.
3. Also the data retrieval is happening only at the time of activation of "Monitoring Objects". After that data is not getting retrieved in BW Info cube. But the "Business Process Operations (New)", the respective "Business Process Steps' " alerts are updated with data as per configured schedule. The trend chart in their shows the data that is exactly matching with the managed systems.
4. There is no option to edit Legend/Labels for the charts. ( when we use "Monitoring Object ID" and "Plant wise" filtering, the Label and Legend is displayed with weird description ( eg.."IDoc 1 to 10 days(IDOC):Interface Name-unspecified MO-<SID>ABAP"). When we raised SAP Incident, their response is standard like "This is working as designed".
PS: We have raised several SAP Incidents with SAP to address the above issues for a fix in the past 4 months. But every time their response is like, update this latest note/latest version, this and that note. But no expert resolution or fix as of now.
Please advise if you had come across such scenarios/issues for a fix.
