In SU53, mine was all ok as well. Can you check with Basis admin if you have these roles
SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW.
I too had same issue as you. I was able to see data in RSA3 but infopackage was pulling 0 records with "Green status" with following in details tab " Data might not be present in corresponding table in source".
I would suggest you to ask Basis admin for above specified roles.
