Hello,

It seems the Individual capacities definition are not considered in standard capacity evaluation (CM01) Standard capacity evaluation considers only the the shift definitions for the capacity category.

How ever the capacity levelling and extended capacity evaluation considers these individual capacity defined separately. It can be configured via the overall profile in OPD0 and evaluation profile OPD3 which has the check box "Cumul. indiv. cap."

F1 Help says...

Indicator: Cumulation of available caps. via indiv. caps.

Indicator specifying that when determining the available capacity of a capacity category, the available capacities of the individual capacities (e.g. people) which belong to this capacity category are cumulated.

Dependencies

This indicator is only relevant to the periodic display of capacity requirements and available capacities, for example for the capacity planning table (tabular form) or the extended evaluation.

Having said that and taking clue from expert Rupesh's comment.. try this

Define 3 Shifts... using shift sequence

Shift 1 from 8 to 11     ind cap 5

Shift 2 from 12 to 16   ind cap 11

Shift 3 from 17 to 23   ind cap 6

in CM01 .. go the header menu Setting--General here under Available capacity define the Capacity Version = 01. this should look like as you expect.

Regards

Abhishek
