Control number not displaying on Puerto Rico W2

Control numbers are not displaying on the HR_F_w2_pr Forms , the number ranges are maintained in the configuration under "Maintain Ranges for Puerto Rico W-2/W-2C Control Numbers"

Is there something else that needs to be done or is there a Note out there for this issue ?
