Dashboard based on queries from a mysql database.

I'm new to this .. doing a POC.

I have created a dashboard two pie charts / one line graph - all based on queries from a mysql database.

To connect to the database I used from the spread sheet Data tab > Connections > Connected to a DSN and used a query. It is working fine on the SAP BO DashBoard 4.1. ( see screen shot below )

Then I saved the dashboard as a dashboard object to a folder in SAP Crystal Server Central Management Console.

I'm now able to view the dashboard using an URL. But data changes in the database are not getting reflected in the dashboard. There is nothing in CMC for the report where I can configure data source.

May be my approach itself is wrong. Any guidance on how to do this will be great.
