Try below steps if that helps....
Replace the control.xml file on the installation master DVD in one of the following ways:
You only have to perform steps 1 - 3 if you have not yet run SAPinst. Otherwise, you can start with step 4.
1. Start SAPinst as described in the installation guide of your SAP product, available at http://service.sap.com/instguides.
2. On the Welcome screen, choose the installation option for the system or component that you want to install, and press "Next".
3. When the first dialog appears, stop SAPinst.
4. Replace the control.xml file available in the installation directory sapinst_instdir with the updated version of control.xml.
5. Restart SAPinst and the installation option that you chose before.
6. On the "What do you want to do" dialog, choose "Continue with the old option".
Alternatively, you can also copy the installation master DVD to the local disc of the installation host and replace the current version of the control.xml file with the updated version. You can find the current version of the control.xml file in the <your product>_IM_<your operating system> folder on the installation master DVD.
